We offer three easy ways to pay: Card, Paypal or Cheque.

We also accept Cheque or Postal Order payments from customers residing in the UK. Please make all cheques payable to Blank systems Ltd.
As address and postcode checks are performed by our card processor, the cardholder´s address must be used as the billing address.
We will endeavor to send your order within Five working days. We will email you if your order is going to be longer than this. If any item on your order is out of stock, we will email you, as soon as possible with an approximate delivery time (if known), and you will have the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.
We will send orders to the UK only.
Goods are shipped via Royal Mail or APC courier where a tracking number will be provided by e-mail or telephone. Goods should be received within 2 to 7 working days of placing order. If you have not received your goods within 14 working days, please contact us to verify status of shipment. Alternatively, please use your tracking number to determine location & status of delivery.
All prices shown include VAT at 20.0% (where applicable).
If you change your mind, you can return the items (at your expense) within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the item, (postage and packing is not refundable). The return must be sent back in a saleable condition with all original packaging/labels etc intact.
Cancellations & Refunds:
To cancel a payment, you must inform us immediately and a full refund will be issued via the payment method used to pay for the item. If the product has already been dispatched, we will need to receive the ordered item back before a refund can be issued. All refunds must be made within 5 days of placing the order. Goods that have been used or have been installed cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturer defect. Goods not in as new condition will be subject to a 30% restocking charge and will only be accepted with prior written agreement from the directors of Blanksystems Limited. Refunds are issued within 1 working day.
If you return goods to us, please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.
